THEMOWELLS

They are essential to protect temperature instruments against high pressures, corrosive or abrasive materials. They are also required when instruments need to be removed, without draining or depressurising the systems.

	SOLID	Machined from solid bar for special applications.
	FABRICATED	Welded with fittings and high quality seamless tube with welded plug seals.
	SIZES	Male thread from 1/4" to 2" BSP, NPI or API as required. Other sizes available on request i.e. metric.
	FLANGED	BS10 - ANSI B16 - BS1560 Section 3.1. BS 4505 as required. These are supplied fillet welded as standard. As a special requirement either full penetration welded. Also screwed and full penetration welded, or themowells can also be machined from forgings.
	MATERIALS	316 stainless steel is supplied as standard.  Other materials are available such as Monel, Hastelloy B & C, Inconnel, Tantalum, Incoloy and Titanium. These can also be coated P.T.F.E., P.F.A. if required

FITTINGS

	SIZES	From 1/8" to 2" BSP, NPI or API as required in male or female form. Other sizes available on request i.e. metric.
	MATERIALS	Machined to customers requirements in 316 stainless steel as standard.  Other materials available on request.
