HYGIENIC DIAPHRAGM SEAL

- APPLICATION
- The diaphragm gauge is designed to
ensure that the inline fluid only comes into contact without he 316 stainless steel
housing and the 316 stainless steel diaphragm. to counteract vibration the gauge
head can be glycerine filled. If preferred a dampened movement can be fitted as
alternative.

- IN-LINE CLEANING
- The diaphragm pressure gauges can be
left in situ when the line is steam cleaned up to a maximum temperature of 160°C over
periods not exceeding 15 minutes duration. The diaphragm vacuum gauges can be left
in situ when the line is steam cleaned up to a maximum temperature of 140°C over periods
not exceeding 15 minutes duration.

- INTERNAL TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
- The transmission fluid in the gauge
filling area between diaphragm and bourdon tube is D.C 200 water clear silicone,
non-contaminating and non-adulterating. Other fills available upon request.

- Dial marked in P.S.I., Bar or Dual Scale. Within the
following limits:-

diaphragm gauge can be adapted with capillary tube between the fitting connection and the
indicating head up to 30 metres in length.
